M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) reserve the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per transaction or per person. Upon successful completion of the booking process, Booking IDs will be generated and sent via SMS, along with other booking details, to the registered mobile numbers of the User.
Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. Ticket prices listed exclude taxes and fees unless specified otherwise. Each ticket purchased will incur a convenience fee and taxes, clearly displayed during the booking process.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ticket booking. We accept payment via various payment methods provided on our platform. M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) collect payments on behalf of event/show organizers.
After successfully completing your (User) booking, you (User) will receive a confirmation SMS with your (User) booking details. If User don't receive a confirmation number after submitting payment or encounter an error message or service interruption, it's your (User) responsibility to review the booking details. Please contact M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) via email immediately if you notice any discrepancies. Only User may be aware of any issues during the purchase process. M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) won't be liable for losses, whether monetary or otherwise, if you (User) assume an order wasn't placed due to not receiving confirmation.
Booking IDs generated upon booking are not valid entry passes. User must collect printed tickets from the designated collection points using the booking IDs provided at least 45mins before the showtime. Booking ID should be securely retained by User and must present the SMS containing the Booking ID during ticket collection. Forwarded SMS will be acceptable, in that case who so ever produces the particular Booking Id first will be handed over the ticket. No additional verification will be conducted at the collection point.
Entry to the theatre requires a valid ticket which is obtained by presenting a valid Booking ID. Late arrivals may be admitted only during an appropriate interval in the performance. The allocation of seats is determined by the organizer and may change without prior notice. While efforts will be made to accommodate requests for specific seats or seating arrangements for certain plays or shows, these requests are not guaranteed.
Some performances may impose age restrictions. It's the responsibility of the User to ensure compliance with these restrictions before buying tickets.
In the event of cancellation of a performance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders as soon as the organizer informs M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com). If a performance is canceled, M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) liability is limited to the face value of the ticket. In the event of cancellation by user, user will get a refund after a deduction of certain amount as cancellation charge. Refunds will not be issued for misplaced or deleted Booking IDs and lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed printed tickets. But misplaced or deleted Booking Ids can be retrieved by emailing to M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com).
All patrons are required to follow the theater's code of conduct and treat staff and fellow patrons with respect. The organizer retains the right to deny entry or remove any individual who breaches this code of conduct.
