Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation by User:

  • If a User requests to cancel an order, all tickets within the order will be cancelled. Partial cancellation is not possible.
  • The cancellation request must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled show time. Any request after the above mentioned time will not be accepted.
  • A cancellation fee of 70% of the ticket price will be deducted.
  • User will have to cancel the ticket from MY ORDER section.

Show Cancellation:

  • In the event that the scheduled show is cancelled by the theatre or event organizer, no cancellation fee will be deducted.
  • M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com) will try to inform its User about show cancellation as soon as possible. The promptness of this information depends upon how fast the organizers inform M/S Global Plexus (theatreroad.com). All information will be given via SMS to your registered mobile number only.

Refund Policy:

  • If cancelled by user, except the ticket price, convenience fees or any other fees or taxes will not be refunded.
  • If cancelled by organizer, entire ticket price along with convenience fees or any other fees or taxes will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was initiated (debited).
  • Refunds in the case of Cancellation by User will be made within 7-12 working days. In the case of Show Cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be made within 7-12 working days from the date of announcement.
  • Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase for cancellation requests and refunds.
  • Any requests for refunds or cancellations made after the specified timeframes may not be honored.
